Research like this is relevant to the gluten free market because it shows not only the trends in eating, but also the trends the companies will follow in making the products they sell.

Bone Loss Common in Dermatitis Herpetiformis
This article discusses a study venturing into new territory, that of bone density loss in those with Dematitis Herpetiformis. Increased bone loss can occur in those with DH and CD, more so that  in healthy populations. Loss of density was also associated with the type of bone studied. Read on for more details!
