This interesting little article and infographic from The Huffington Post suggests the Top 10 US cities for gluten free options, as well as the Top 10 for gluten free take out. Further, it looks at the type of food that individuals order.  It gives an interesting perspective or gluten free in the USA, and I for one am surprised that NYC isn’t on either list!

Nine Year Old Celiac Dines at the White House
Although this is news from last week, I had to share this gem of a story. Recently, Michelle Obama had 54 children, winners of a Healthy Lunchtime Recipe Challenge dine with her at the White House. One of these was Ingrid Gruber, a Celiac who represented the GFree community at the dinner.
