Giveaway & Review: Kitchen Table Baker’s Parmesan Crisps

Currently, there are six types of cheeses in my fridge and at least two other cheese flavored products in my pantry so it’s easy to say I’m a cheese fiend. It’s also easy to say that I LOVE eating local products, so I was thrilled at the GIG Gluten Free Vendor Fair this year to learn that one of my favorite products to discover there, Kitchen Table Baker’s Parmesan Crisps, were made locally with in minutes from my house!

Kitchen Table Bakers

Kitchen Table Bakers is a company that took their cooking from the kitchen table to the public, and specializes in All Parmesan Gourmet Wafer Crisps, or in other word crackers made entirely of Parmesan cheese and mixes of spices and seasonings. All of there products are Wheat, Gluten and Suar free by nature of the ingredients they use. They make 9 flavors (Aged Parmesan, Garlic, Sesame, Rosemary, Everything, Flax Seed, Italian Herb, Jalapeno, and Aged Parmesan Minis), none of which have ever disappointed me. For example, the Everything and Rosemary are very bold in flavor, and are perfect on their own as simple snacks that are quite satisfying. The Everything itself reminds of me the perfect everything bagel, and was great with a nice soft cheese. The Jalapeno is great for a spicy kick, while the Sesame and Aged Parmesan are subtle in flavor and great with a bold dip. I love the distinct flavor they each have, and the unique crunch factor that they can add to any wine and cheese, dip, or other experience that a cheese lover might desire. The only down side? I found that they stale quickly once opened, but it’s been very humid here the past few months, so you might want to eat them equally as quickly (which isn’t hard to do). Although the nutritional value isn’t great, they are a filling snack and you shouldn’t need more than one serving to feel satisfied. You can view their websites for food and drink pairing suggestions for each flavor, as well as recipes to take your Parmesan Crisp experience to the next level!

So, what’s this all have to do with a giveaway? Here’s your answer:

  1. 1) I should win these because I’m specifically NOT vegan due to my overwhelming love of cheese and all things cheese related. Mmmmm. Seriously, I’d probably tattoo Brie on myself if given the chance. Also, wine is yummy..but you know this already.

  2. 2) If I were to win..I’d feasibly procure a small, yet sustainable kiddie pool and fill it with said cheese bits, then roll on the goodness that are cheese crispies…This would severely improve my meal time. Epic. Cheese. Crispy. Pool. Meal. Time.

  3. I should win these Parmesan crisps because not only am I celiac, but I am also diabetic so anything without sugar or starch makes a great snack, especially if it has protein like cheese does, and I freaking love cheese!!!

  5. if i were to win, i could eat something with my zinfandel or malbec with my friends! seems i can eat nuts or my veggie flatbreads, but my friends are still a bit squeemish. so i could eat with friends for a change!
i would use them with yellow tomatoes from the farm and basil on top. maybe just a couple of slices of avocado? or crumble into my salad or into vinaigrette dressing. or maybe even into an omelet or as a sandwich with my baked potato slices??

  6. I should win these Parmesan Crisps because I am always looking for a chip alternative. I love Parmesan and these chips would make a great addition to my sassy Southern kitchen.

  7. My favorite show is Chopped, so I would use the Parmesan Crisps for a crust for free range chicken and make a sassy Southern dish of Parmesan Crisps encrusted chicken with veggie medley topped with Parmesan Crisps croutons.

  8. I’d like to win these for my youngest son, 23. For a young guy who always keeps fit (exercises a lot, drinks almost only water, eats pretty healthy), it was such a hard thing for him to find out this year that he has celiac disease. Just the cost of gluten-free things is such a burden. (We pay $5.49 for one small loaf of Rudi’s bread!) Not to mention, the lack of variety available locally. We’re pretty much limited to what Kroger’s has in their health food section. Anyway, this would surely make him happy, having something new to eat! Thank you for making this offer available. My name is Maria V. and my email is wildcatsong@gmail.com
