My Very Own Gluten Free Restaurant Rating Scale

I want to let everyone know that I am going to be using  a new rating scale, one which I hope will make things easier for rating the places that I do reviews of. This scale will be on a 1-5 Shamrock scale. Each Shamrock is a different category and each category can have a rating of 0 (bad), .5(okay) and 1 (excellent). The categories are:

Gluten Free Options (Number of options, type of options, variety of selections)
Atmosphere (seating, setting, music, location etc.)
Price
Hospitality (how open employees are to explaining and catering to gluten free needs, how helpful they are in general)
Food quality (taste, portion size etc. for both gluten free food and non gluten free food)
So:

For a 5 shamrock rating a food establishment would have to have excellent ratings in all of the above areas. The scale would go down from there and anything below a 3 in my opinion would be worth a try only if you are willing to be put in a lot of effort to get gluten free food. A 0 or a 1 is most likely a no go all together.
So there you have it, my new Shamrock rating scale. Please also check out the below link for my external reviews, typically similar to the reviews you would see here. http://www.glutenfreetravelsite.com/reviewer_about.php?username=CelticCeliac
