Huffington Post sets the record straight about Celiac Disease again with this brief yet informative post with what they feel are the 10 facts everyone should know about the disease. These are some pretty good suggestions, but what else would you add?

Does Eating Gluten Cause Eczema?
Here is another article highlighting some of the conditions associated with Celiac Disease, this one from CNN. Although posted back in 2010, it was reposted recently and is a simple Q & A discussing Celiac Disease, it’s associated symptoms, and clarifying the skin conditions that are related.

Dunkin Donuts Will Sell Gluten-free Baked Goods
Dunkin’ Donuts this week announced the specific Gluten-Free Baked Goods they are rolling out. Individually Packaged Blueberry Muffins and Cinnamon-Sugar Donuts were recently trialed in a few stores, and will be rolling out by the end of the year. This article is a bit critical of the decision to add gluten free products to Dunkin’s line, but they make some good points about price comparison.
