Gluten Free Watchdog Website Discussed in an Interview with the Founder
Celiac.Com is a great source for interviews, products etc. I LOVE the idea of the website discussed in this interview and am so happy I found it. The Founder of Gluten Free Watchdog is interviewed about the website, it’s purpose her story and GF labeling laws. The site will list items it tests for their GF status and for a small cost subscribers will be able to view the results. This is an important tool in a world where standards for labeling something as GF don’t exist.

This article touches on the topic of Cross-Reactivity and how some foods may cause similar reactions in celiacs as those we suffer when we eat gluten. Some of the foods on that list are potatoes, rice, oats, quinoa etc. It’s a concept I’ve never heard about but the article is extensive in providing links and complete information. Have any of you experiences issues with the food listed in the article? Have any of you ever tried the Paleo Diet?
