Some recipes I’ll be trying include Christmas Morning Cinnamon Rolls (a family tradition I was bound to miss had I not come across this) and Cranberry Pecan Crescent Cookies. Let me tell you, I am SO excited about this. Since I am a graduate student now, meaning I don’t have full time employment, I have some extra time around the holidays to bake my little heart out. This is something I haven’t done in approximately 7 years, be it for lack of time or a working stove. Maybe I’ll spread the holiday cheer boy offering everyone some delicious gluten free baked goods!
