1 whole lime - squeeze the juice out and use all that juice
2-3 Tbsp or so of fresh chopped cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mrs Dash salt-free Fiesta Lime seasoning to taste (I substituted this seasoning for the dried red pepper in the recipe, but I liked the added flavor of the chili powder that was in the seasoning.)
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients.
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and chill until ready to serve
