This dish is a gluten free version of a friend's family Tuna Casserole recipe. It is the perfect comfort food dish, and is amazingly reminiscent of childhood.

Ingredients
1 12oz bag gluten free Rotini noodles
118oz can gluten free Progresso creamy mushroom soup
2 5oz cans tuna fish, drained
6-10 slices American cheese (enough to cover the top of your casserole dish)
1 small bag frozen peas (optional)
Instructions
Bring the water for your noodles to a boil.
Next add the noodles and cook until al dente. Drain.
If adding the peas defrost them either in the microwave or heating up in a pan.
Once noddles are done Mix noodles, soup, peas, and tuna fish in a large bowl.
Once combined, put in casserole dish.
Cover with a layer of cheese and broil until cheese is melted.
