Because my audience is a variety of gluten free folks (for many reasons), their family and friends, and those just interested in the diet I find it important to share articles that discuss the clear distinctions between the various reasons one might be gluten free. This article does a great job of doing just that. It might be a bit long, but it is full of some great detail.

Sex is one of those taboo topics that isn’t often touched upon, even in the arena of health. This article touches on the stories of two ‘well known’ Celiacs and their sex lives, suggesting that while there is much anecdotal evidence to suggest an influence of CD on sex drive and other sexual factors there is little actual data. There is a big need here!

Boulder Dentist Offers Gluten-free Tooth Care
This article highlights the far reach of Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity in another way, by talking about the need for gluten free dental care supplies. Although it’s discussing one office that offers such care overtly, it’s a good reminder.

Twenty-five Notable Gluten Free Friendly Colleges for 2013
Here is a great resource for those gluten free folks of high school or college age from Celiac.Com. The title is self exclamatory, as it discusses the top 25 gluten free friendly colleges. A few among the list:  Bard, Georgetown, Oregon State, Ithaca, and Yale.
